The Service allows users to: • Browse and save "Pins" — individual experience listings from London businesses • View and save curated "Plans" — collections of Pins forming a day out • Access exclusive "Offers" and deals from partner businesses • Submit suggestions for new Pins via our AI-assisted suggestion tool New plans are released daily at 9 AM and may change or expire based on availability.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You may register using your email address, Google account, or Apple account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

Carpe Diem London offers a Premium membership tier with access to exclusive offers, early plan access, and additional features. • Premium membership is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected) • Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law • You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period • We reserve the right to modify Premium features or pricing with reasonable notice Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment card details directly.

All content on the Service — including text, images, logos, plan curation, and design — is the property of Carpe Diem London or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our prior written consent. User-submitted content (such as Pin suggestions) remains your property, but by submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit, and publish that content in connection with the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service • Impersonate another person or entity • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent Pin suggestions or content • Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the Service for other users

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, businesses, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Partner businesses listed on the platform are independent operators. Carpe Diem London is not a party to any transaction between users and partner businesses.

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Carpe Diem London shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
