By accessing or using the Carpe Diem London platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. Carpe Diem London is a discovery platform that connects users with hospitality and entertainment experiences in London. The Service allows users to: • Browse and save "Pins" — individual experience listings about London businesses and places • View and save curated "Plans" — collections of Pins forming a day out • Access "Offers" and deals from businesses • Submit suggestions for new Pins via our suggestion tool

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You may register using your email address or Google account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

Carpe Diem London offers a Premium membership tier with access to exclusive offers, early plan access, and additional features. • Premium membership is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected) • Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law • You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period • We reserve the right to modify Premium features or pricing with reasonable notice Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment card details directly.

Original content created by Carpe Diem London — including text, plan curation, and design — is our property (or that of our licensors) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Some content on the Service, such as videos and images, is sourced from or hosted by third parties and is not owned by Carpe Diem London: Videos — Videos embedded from platforms such as TikTok and YouTube remain the property of their original creators and/or the respective platforms. We embed this content via those platforms' official embed functionality, in accordance with their terms of service. We do not claim ownership of embedded videos. Images — Images used in pins may be sourced from third parties and remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our original content (as described above) without our prior written consent. Use of embedded or third-party-sourced content is subject to the terms of the platform or rights holder from which it originates.

You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service • Impersonate another person or entity • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent Pin suggestions or content • Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the Service for other users

The Service may contain links, content, offers, and deals relating to third-party websites, businesses, and services. These arrangements vary, and the nature of each is not always identical: Affiliate links — Some links on the Service are affiliate links, meaning Carpe Diem London may earn a commission if you click through and make a purchase or booking. This does not affect the price you pay. Non-affiliate links — Some links are provided for convenience only, and Carpe Diem London earns no commission or compensation from them. We do not operate, manage, or control any venue, event, or activity featured on the Service, and we do not guarantee the safety, condition, suitability, or accuracy of any venue, event, or activity recommended or featured. You acknowledge that visiting any venue or attending any event carries inherent risk, and that your attendance or participation is at your own discretion and risk. Carpe Diem London accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your visit to, or participation in, any third-party venue, event, or activity featured on the Service, except to the extent such liability cannot be lawfully excluded (see below). Where the Service facilitates or links to the purchase of tickets, bookings, or reservations with a third-party provider, that contract is between you and the third-party provider. Carpe Diem London is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for the third-party provider's acts or omissions, including cancellations, rescheduling, or changes made with little or no notice. We are not liable for any resulting losses, including but not limited to travel costs, accommodation costs, or other expenses incurred in connection with a cancelled or altered booking. To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Carpe Diem London shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, travel expenses, accommodation expenses, or other costs incurred in reliance on content featured on the Service. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

For material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
